Our Story: From Local Beginnings to African Safaris
What started as a small local tour operator welcoming guests on simple day tours has grown into a trusted African tour company creating responsible multi-day safaris for travelers from around the world across Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and South Africa.
Behind this journey Daniel NTAKIRUTIMANA, a young, innovative, and creative entrepreneur who has spent nearly six years in the tourism industry.
Just one year into his journey in hospitality and tourism, Daniel took a bold step and founded Swift Africa Safaris with a simple but powerful intention: to create tourism that protects nature, supports communities, and gives travelers experiences they can genuinely cherish and remember.
Swift Africa Safaris began as a day-tour agency specializing in Adventures. Over time, our passion and commitment opened the way to wildlife safaris and amazing cultural experiences from mountain gorilla trekking and primate safaris to Big Five safaris and African cultural experiences.
Today, we look back with gratitude at how far this journey has come. Every guest welcomed, every community encountered, and every wonderful moment shared has helped shape who we are.
